On March 31, 2026, the Indian Architect team, led by Dr.
Chandra Shekhar, embarked on a crucial material selection visit to the
world-renowned marble hub of Makrana, Rajasthan. This visit was dedicated to
our prestigious Project P898—a magnificent Heritage Haveli being
meticulously designed and constructed for Mr. Nitesh Prem Singh Ji in
Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
To ensure the haveli reflects true architectural grandeur
and authentic royal charm, our team was joined on-site by specialized flooring
contractors, heritage building experts, and trusted marble suppliers. Together,
we carefully inspected various lots and finalized the finest quality marble
slabs, including the pristine Makrana White, the elegant Albeta,
and the highly durable Dungri marble.
Each specific marble category has been strategically
chosen and will be installed in designated areas of the haveli according to the
structural needs and aesthetic vision of the space. The timeless beauty of
Makrana stone is a cornerstone of traditional Indian architecture, and this
careful selection process is a major step toward bringing Mr. Nitesh Prem Singh

बारीकी से निरीक्षण किया और हवेली के लिए बेहतरीन क्वालिटी के मार्बल स्लैब फाइनल
किए, जिनमें मुख्य रूप से मकराना वाइट (Makrana
White), अलबेटा (Albeta) और डूंगरी
(Dungri) मार्बल शामिल हैं।
