traditional Rajasthani architecture to life is a meticulous process that
requires continuous oversight. On March 21, 2026, Dr. Chandra Shekhar
Changeriya conducted a comprehensive site visit to our ongoing heritage
residence project (P812) in the serene locale of Nimtalai, Sirohi.
Spanning an expansive 4,500
square feet, this residence is thoughtfully designed to echo the grandeur of a
classic Rajasthani Haveli. The architectural vision blends timeless heritage
aesthetics—such as intricate archways, open courtyards, and elevated facades—with
the functional requirements of a modern home.
Key Highlights from the Site
Visit:
- Civil Work Supervision: The primary focus of
the visit was to inspect the ongoing civil construction. As seen in the
site photographs, the structural framework, including the traditional
arches and the robust brick masonry, is beautifully taking shape. Quality
control checks were performed to ensure structural integrity and adherence
to the design layouts.
- Vastu & Spatial Alignment: A core part of
the inspection involved verifying the spatial arrangements on-site. We
ensured that the ongoing construction aligns perfectly with the
predetermined Vastu Shastra principles and energy mapping, which are
foundational to our architectural planning.
- On-Site Coordination: Dr. Changeriya held
detailed discussions with the execution team and contractors. Reviewing
the blueprints on-site helps in addressing any immediate structural
queries and ensures everyone is aligned with the project's vision.
- Future Guidance: Comprehensive guidance was
provided for the upcoming phases of construction. This includes planning
for the roof casting, electrical conduit placement, and the intricate
plasterwork that will eventually define the haveli's heritage character.
Set against a beautiful backdrop
of hills, this haveli is progressing steadily toward becoming a landmark

खुले प्रांगण
