On March 21, 2026, Dr. Chandra Shekhar Changeriya conducted
a comprehensive site visit to our ongoing 4500 sqft heritage residential
project for Mr. Mahendra Singh in Jalore, Rajasthan. This project is a
dedicated effort to revive the timeless elegance of traditional Rajasthani
architecture, prominently featuring exquisite Jodhpur stone craftsmanship.
Excellence in Jodhpur Stone Work
The primary focus of this visit was to review the ongoing
Jodhpur stone masonry. The natural pinkish hues and the intricate carvings of
the sandstone are slowly bringing the classic haveli aesthetic to life. We
closely inspected the stone facades, carved arches, and elegant jharokhas to
ensure that every detail meets the highest quality standards required for
authentic heritage construction.
Precision with DGPS Survey
In architectural planning, especially when integrating
traditional energy principles and mathematical proportions, precision is
paramount. To ensure the exact geographical positioning of the structure, a
state-of-the-art DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) survey was
conducted on-site. By collecting highly accurate point data, we cross-verified
the building's absolute coordinates. This rigorous surveying process guarantees
a flawless execution of the site layout, ensuring the structure is perfectly
aligned with its intended design and natural energy flow.

21 मार्च 2026 को, डॉ. चंद्रशेखर चंगेरिया ने जालौर, राजस्थान में श्री महेंद्र सिंह जी के 4500 वर्ग फुट (sqft) के निर्माणाधीन हेरिटेज आवासीय प्रोजेक्ट का सघन दौरा किया। यह प्रोजेक्ट पारंपरिक राजस्थानी वास्तुकला की कालजयी सुंदरता को जीवंत करने का एक समर्पित प्रयास है, जिसमें जोधपुर स्टोन की बेहतरीन कारीगरी का प्रमुखता से उपयोग किया जा रहा है।

DGPS सर्वे के साथ सटीक पोजीशनिंग
वास्तुशिल्प योजना में, विशेष रूप से जब पारंपरिक ऊर्जा सिद्धांतों और सटीक गणितीय अनुपात का पालन करना हो, तो सटीकता का अत्यधिक महत्व होता है। संरचना की बिल्कुल सटीक भौगोलिक स्थिति (Positioning) सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, साइट पर एक आधुनिक DGPS (डिफरेंशियल ग्लोबल पोजिशनिंग सिस्टम) सर्वे करवाया गया। सटीक पॉइंट डेटा (Point Data) एकत्र करके, हमने भवन के वास्तविक निर्देशांकों (Coordinates) को सत्यापित किया। यह कठोर सर्वेक्षण प्रक्रिया साइट लेआउट के दोषरहित निष्पादन की गारंटी देती है, जिससे यह सुनिश्चित होता है कि भवन अपने लेआउट और प्राकृतिक ऊर्जा प्रवाह के साथ पूरी तरह से संरेखित (Aligned) रहे।
