Today, we are thrilled to share the details and live site visit photographs of another magnificent heritage project by Indian Architect. This is a grand and breathtaking Haveli project, designed for Mr. Vikram Singh Ji Jhala (Hemant Singh Jhala) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Project Code P571 is an East-facing masterpiece that represents a seamless fusion of traditional Rajasthani Haveli architecture and the centuries-old principles of Vastu Shastra.

Site Visit Details & Architectural Highlights

Recently, Dr. C. S. Changeriya from the Indian Architect team personally visited the construction site. In the images below, you can see how the vision is beautifully coming to life on the ground.

Exquisite Stone Craftsmanship: The entire Haveli prominently features premium grey stone, giving it a timeless strength and character.
Traditional Elements: The exterior elevation is adorned with classic Jharokhas (overhanging balconies), Chhatris (domed pavilions), and elegant arches, providing an authentic royal heritage aesthetic.
Intricate Carving: As seen in the photos, the intricate stone carvings are being executed with precision, matching the original 2D maps and 3D elevations perfectly. Dr. C. S. Changeriya can be seen inspecting these fine architectural details on-site.

Floor Plan Details (The Blueprint)

While the exterior boasts a heritage look, the interior is thoughtfully designed for a modern lifestyle while remaining strictly Vastu-compliant. Here is a breakdown of the floor plans:

1. Ground Floor Plan

Entrances: Following Vastu principles, the design features a main entrance in the East, complemented by a secondary North entrance for auspicious energy flow.
Living & Sitting Areas: Upon entry, there is a spacious Drawing Room and a dedicated 'Indian Sitting' area. A Vastu-aligned Pooja Room is conveniently located nearby.
Grand Hall & Staircase: The heart of the home features a massive central Hall with a grand curved staircase that serves as a stunning focal point leading to the first floor.
Accommodations: The ground floor includes a luxurious Master Bedroom and two Guest Rooms (all with attached toilets and dressing areas), alongside a spacious Kitchen, Dining Area, and Food Stand.

2. First Floor Plan

Family Living: The upper level opens into a large Family Living Hall, which leads to a grand Jharokha (Balcony) that enhances the Haveli’s regal facade.
Bedrooms: This floor houses four large bedrooms. Each room is equipped with an attached toilet, a dressing room, and a private balcony/Jharokha to enjoy the surrounding views.
Ventilation & Light: The central atrium remains open and grand, ensuring a continuous flow of natural light and fresh air throughout the entire residence.
