As an architect, traveling to new places and outlining a dream home on an empty plot of land is always a highly thrilling experience. Recently, our Indian Architect team traveled from Rajasthan to Gujarat for a crucial site visit in Sajapur, Aravalli district (Location: H78H+582 Sajapur, Gujarat).
This visit was for our special new residential project (IA584), which is poised to become a prime example of brilliant architecture and cultural connection.
Discussions with the Client and Vastu-Compliant Planning
Upon reaching the site, we had a long and positive discussion with the client, Mr. Ravindra Singh, and the other respected members present. The foundation of any successful building construction lies in deeply understanding the client's requirements and their vision.
We meticulously inspected the site and worked on preparing a plan tailored to their lifestyle and future needs. Since our expertise lies in traditional design and Vastu Shastra, we analyzed the energy of the site to ensure that every direction and zone (such as the Ishan and Agni corners) in the building layout strictly adhered to Vastu principles. The seamless blend of the client's modern requirements and our deep understanding of Rajasthani heritage architecture has laid the groundwork for an excellent plan.
A Memorable Moment: Gifting the Victory Tower
Following this successful site visit and planning session, a very special and honorable moment arrived. We lovingly presented a replica of the world-famous 'Victory Tower' (Vijay Stambh)—the ultimate symbol of the heroic land of our city, Chittorgarh—to the client and their team.
As you can see in these pictures, this moment was incredibly encouraging for everyone involved. The Victory Tower is not just a historical monument; it is a symbol of triumph, perseverance, and excellence. Most importantly, this very Victory Tower is the official logo of our firm, Indian Architect. This gift symbolizes our unwavering commitment to taking every project to a new pinnacle of 'victory' and success.
The Journey Ahead
This site visit to Sajapur, Gujarat concluded with immense positive energy and the beginning of a strong, lasting relationship. The satisfaction and excitement clearly visible on the client's face regarding their new home's design is our true reward as architects.
