The foundation of every great architectural masterpiece lies in meticulous planning and deep collaboration. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Ravindra Singh and his team from Aravalli, Gujarat, at the Indian Architect head office.
The visit was centered around an in-depth discussion of their upcoming dream project, a unique residential concept designed to accommodate six families under one roof, blending private living with communal harmony.
🤝 The Power of Discussion: Office Visit Highlights
As captured in the photographs, the meeting was a session of intense brainstorming and detailed planning. Mr. Ravindra Singh visited us to personally oversee the design progress and refine the architectural nuances.
In-depth Consultations: We sat down to discuss the specific lifestyle needs of each of the six families.
Design Presentation: Our team presented the 3D layouts, focusing on how to maintain privacy while fostering a sense of togetherness.
Technical Breakdown: From structural safety to the aesthetic flow of the "Haveli" style, every detail was reviewed with precision.
The commitment shown by the client during this visit ensures that the final outcome will be nothing short of a landmark in Aravalli.
🏡 Project Highlights: A Glimpse
This project is a testament to how traditional Indian values like the Aangan (Courtyard) and Baithak (Drawing Room) can be integrated into a modern premium residence.
1. The Community Hub (Lower Ground Floor): The heart of this mansion is the 3,806 Sq. Ft. Community Hall. Designed for grand celebrations like weddings and festivals, it serves as a "Chaupal" for elders and a playground for children. A serene Temple is strategically placed in the North-East (Ishaan Kon) to bring spiritual peace to the premises.
2. Premium 3 BHK Wings: The building is divided into South and North Wings, offering spacious 3 BHK premium flats.
The Baithak (Guest Area): Separate drawing rooms are designed to welcome guests without disturbing the privacy of the ladies and children.
The Aangan (Family Lounge): Large central halls where the family gathers for meals and conversations.
Vastu Compliance: Every kitchen is placed in the South-East (Agni Kon) and master bedrooms are positioned according to Vastu principles for prosperity.
3. Architectural Grandeur: A 24-foot double-height cut gives the interior a palatial feel, ensuring natural light and ventilation throughout the floors. The 54' x 74' Open Terrace offers a vast space for yoga, morning walks, and relaxation.
