Bringing Royalty to Pathankot
At Indian Architect, we believe that a home should not just be a structure, but a legacy. We are currently working on a prestigious project (P819) for Mr. Rohit Thakur in Pathankot, Punjab. The vision for this project is to create a Heritage Haveli that reflects the grandeur of Rajasthani architecture while offering modern comfort.
The Design Vision
As seen in our proposed 3D views, the design focuses on intricate detailing and massive scale:
* The Grand Facade: The exterior is designed with traditional sandstone textures, featuring ornate Jharokhas (balconies), Chhatris (domes), and artistic stone carvings that give the residence a palace-like appearance.
* The Royal Interior: The interior concept revolves around a central courtyard feel. We have incorporated a double-height ceiling with a grand curved staircase, a central chandelier, and artwork depicting Rajput valor, ensuring that the heritage theme flows from the outside in.
* Material Palette: The design utilizes premium marble flooring, wooden ceiling accents, and soft lighting to create a warm, majestic ambiance.
