We recently conducted a significant site visit to a commercial complex currently under construction in the textile city of Bhilwara. This promising project belongs to Mr. Rathore and is situated at a prime location in the city.
The visit was led by Vastu expert Dr. Chandra Shekhar Changeriya to finalize the Exterior Design and conduct a detailed Vastu Analysis of the ongoing construction.
Key Highlights of the Visit:
Upon arriving at the site, Dr. Changeriya inspected the current status of the project. As seen in the photos, the structural work is well underway. This is the most crucial stage for Vastu intervention to ensure the correct flow of energy before the finishing touches begin.
1. Vastu Analysis: Dr. Changeriya examined the site’s directional alignment, the Brahmasthan (central point), and the main entry points. For a commercial complex, strictly adhering to Vastu principles is essential to ensure high footfall and business prosperity. During discussions with the on-site team, vital suggestions were made to enhance the positive energy of the structure.
2. Exterior Design & Elevation: Vastu goes beyond just the interior layout; it significantly influences the building's outer appearance. A primary objective of this visit was to execute the work on the complex's Exterior Design.
Color Selection: Choosing colors that align with Vastu for prosperity.
Façade Design: Ensuring the front elevation is both aesthetically pleasing and energetically balanced.
Proportions: Balancing the height and structure.
Detailed discussions were held with Mr. Rathore and the site engineers to ensure the complex looks magnificent while remaining Vastu-compliant.
Conclusion:
The visit was highly productive. Mr. Rathore’s project is set to become a landmark in Bhilwara’s commercial landscape.
