Building a new home is not just about assembling bricks and mortar; it is about laying the foundation for a family's dreams. Today, the Indian Architect team had the privilege of initiating a new residential project in Krishna Nagar, Chittorgarh
We successfully completed the Layout Plan and Foundation Marking on the site of our esteemed client, Mr. Bhawani Lal Ji (Project Code: CB255)
Project Overview
This project serves as a perfect example of blending modern architecture with traditional Vastu. Planned on a 30' x 50' plot, the design focuses on maximizing space and functionality
Ground Floor Plan Highlights:
Grand Parking: The entrance features a spacious parking area measuring 11'6" x 15', ensuring ample space for cars and two-wheelers
. Spacious Living Hall: A massive and well-ventilated Drawing/Living Space measuring 18'2" x 14'3" has been designed for family gatherings
. Master Suite: The ground floor includes a luxurious Master Bedroom-1 for the head of the family, measuring 18' x 13'9", ensuring comfort and privacy
. Bedroom-2: An additional bedroom sized 12' x 12'3" is also provided on this floor
. Garden Area: To ensure natural light and ventilation, a large Garden area (50' x 20') is proposed in the layout

The On-Site Layout Process
The primary objective of today's site visit was to translate the paper drawing onto the actual ground. Our team, along with Mr. Bhawani Ji and the on-site masons, executed the following steps:
Precision Marking: Using lime powder, the wall lines were marked on the ground strictly according to the dimensions in the architectural drawings
. Diagonal Check: We measured the diagonals to ensure that all room corners are at perfect 90-degree angles (Right Angles) and the structure is geometrically correct.
Vastu Compliance: We verified that the Brahmasthan and the main entrance were positioned correctly according to the Vastu Chakra Map prepared for this project
