I am Dr. Chandra Shekhar Changeriya (Indian Architect). Today, I am excited to share the details of a recent site visit for an upcoming project.
Yesterday, on January 7, 2026, I visited Ajouli, Punjab (near the Himachal Pradesh border) to inspect a site for a new "Classic Style Residential Project" belonging to Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Shikshan.
Highlights of the Site Visit:
The primary objective of this visit was to physically inspect the proposed construction site and understand the subtle energies of the land. As an architect, I believe that a strong foundation isn't just about concrete; it is about the positive energy of the space.
Detailed Discussion: I had an extensive discussion with Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Shikshan regarding their vision for their dream home. We are planning a residence that blends modern amenities with a timeless, traditional "Classic" aesthetic.
Scientific Vastu Analysis: I conducted a detailed Energy Analysis of the plot using a Vastu Compass and Copper Rods. This scientific approach helps us determine the optimal placement for the main entrance, kitchen, and bedrooms to ensure the home remains filled with peace and prosperity.
The Experience: It was a pleasure meeting the clients and understanding their requirements. The atmosphere around Nangal Dam and the site location was incredibly peaceful and pleasant.
