Welcome to the official blog of Indian Architect. Today, we are excited to share an update from our recent site visit to Kapasan, Chittorgarh (Rajasthan). For an architect, the most fulfilling moment is witnessing the transition of a concept from a digital screen to a physical structure. This visit focused on Project P1004, a modern residential and commercial mixed-use building designed for our esteemed client, Mr. Jaswant Ji Vaishnav.

Design Concept: Modern Contemporary Fusion
As seen in the 3D design visuals (Project P1004), the building is designed in a Modern Contemporary style. The exterior elevation features a striking aesthetic with a distinct white 'C-shaped' frame wrapping around the facade, contrasted by warm wooden textures.
A highlight of the design is the artistic "bubble pattern" (circular cutouts) on the front balcony, adding a unique architectural element to the street view. The ground floor is designed for commercial utility (shutters/shops), while the upper floors serve as a luxurious residential space, perfectly blending business with comfort.
On-Site Digital Supervision
Precision is key in architecture. During this site visit, our technical team utilized advanced digital tools to ensure the construction aligns perfectly with our proposed designs.
As depicted in the site photos, our architects utilized high-resolution tablets on-site to overlay the 3D interior and exterior renders against the actual under-construction "gray structure." This method allows us to:
* Verify the accuracy of brickwork and spatial planning.
* Help the on-site contractors visualize the final finish.
* Ensure that complex design elements, like the facade framing, are executed flawlessly.
Immersive 360° Virtual Tour
We believe in total transparency and immersive visualization. Apart from standard drawings, we provided the client with a 360-degree Virtual Reality (VR) tour of the interiors. This allows the client to virtually "walk" through their future home before the flooring is even laid.
