The success of a great project lies not merely in the designs made on paper, but in the meticulous supervision of its execution on the ground.
Recently, I (Indian Architect) inspected the site of 'M/s Kumawat Heritage Works' in Chittorgarh for a very special project. All this heritage work is being prepared for our client Mr. Nilesh Ji Rajput's project located in Fardapur, Aurangabad (Maharashtra).
What was the main objective of the site visit? 📐🔍 As the project architect, it is my responsibility to ensure that our designs are brought to reality on the ground with 100% accuracy. During my recent visit, I closely inspected the following:
Design and Dimensions: Checked whether the round and square chhatris (gazebos), jharokhas, gokhdas, and the grand 11-foot arches are being constructed exactly as per our provided drawings.
Quality Control: Inspected the finishing of the cement articles, their strength, and particularly their "curing" standards.
Strict Rules: As per our contract, it is clearly stated that no material will be dispatched from Chittorgarh to Maharashtra without my (architect's) approval. We have reserved the right to immediately reject any piece that fails to meet our quality standards.
Project Highlights: 🏛️ This heritage structure features spectacular heritage work including over 22 arches, a Baradari, and Dholkota. Once all this work is assembled at the Fardapur site, it will give the magnificent look of an amazing Rajasthani Haveli!
As an architect, my goal is not just to create blueprints, but to ensure true value for the client's money and a 100% guarantee of the work. Until the work is fully complete and I am completely satisfied, there is absolutely no compromise on quality! 💯
