Location: Near Ajanta, Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra
Client: Mr. Nitesh Rajput
Project Code: P898
There is something truly special about watching a grand vision take shape from the ground up. Today, the Indian Architect team was on the ground near the historic region of Ajanta in Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, to inspect the ongoing construction of a magnificent new heritage home for Mr. Nitesh Rajput.
The Vision: A Timeless White Haveli
As you can see from the 3D elevation render, Project P898 is designed to be a breathtaking residential masterpiece. Inspired by classic traditional architecture, the design features striking white facades, intricate archways, elegant chhatris (dome pavilions), and expansive balconies.
Every element has been meticulously planned to reflect the grandeur of historic havelis while providing the comforts of a modern lifestyle. True to our core design philosophy, the entire layout and spatial planning are deeply rooted in Vastu Shastra principles, ensuring that the home is not just visually stunning, but also a space of positive energy and harmony for the Rajput family.
The Reality: Progress on the Ground
A beautiful render is only as good as its execution. Today’s site visit was all about ensuring that the on-ground construction matches the precision of our architectural blueprints.
* Structural Inspection: We reviewed the foundational progress, the scaling of the grand pillars, and the casting of the roof structures to ensure the heavy traditional elements will be perfectly supported.
* Team Collaboration: Walking the site with Mr. Rajput and the local construction team allowed us to discuss the next phases of development, address real-time challenges, and ensure everyone is aligned with the final vision.
The structural skeleton is rising beautifully against the Maharashtra landscape. It is always a proud moment to stand on a bustling construction site and see the mathematical proportions and traditional layouts we drafted back in Chittorgarh slowly becoming a physical reality.
Looking Ahead
The journey from a digital 3D model to a fully finished heritage home requires patience, precision, and a deep respect for architectural traditions. We are thrilled with the progress at Project P898 and cannot wait to share more updates as the intricate plasterwork and exterior detailing begin.
