On April 1, 2026, our team at Indian Architect, led by Dr. Chandrashekhar Changeriya, conducted a comprehensive technical Vastu visit to the Funcity Khatu Shyam Water Park in Khatu Shyam , Danta Ramgarh, Rajasthan The objective of this site inspection was to assess the current architectural layout for an upcoming renovation and strategic business revitalization.
While
the park possesses excellent natural Vastu strengths—such as the main water
pools perfectly placed in the North and North-East to bring positive energy —we
identified key areas hindering footfall and revenue generation. Critical
issues, like scrap accumulation in the North zone blocking cash flow and an
unbalanced, underutilized East zone affecting social connectivity and marketing,
were thoroughly analyzed.
Our
architectural strategy focuses on practical, business-driven solutions. We
proposed a series of non-destructive remedies , including strategic color
balancing, optimizing the South entrance for better visibility , and
decentralizing the circulation loop to utilize the entire 155,928 sq. ft. area
effectively. These adjustments are designed to ensure a seamless, high-energy
customer journey and sustainable business growth.

'फनसिटी खाटू श्याम वाटर पार्क' का एक
विस्तृत तकनीकी वास्तु निरीक्षण किया । इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य पार्क के भावी
नवीनीकरण और व्यापार वृद्धि के लिए मास्टर वास्तु मूल्यांकन करना था।
साइट निरीक्षण के दौरान हमने पाया कि ईशान कोण (उत्तर-पूर्व) में जल तत्व जैसी
कई शानदार सकारात्मक ऊर्जाएं मौजूद हैं । हालांकि, कुछ छिपे हुए वास्तु दोष
ग्राहकों के फुटफॉल और रेवेन्यू को धीमा कर रहे हैं । विशेष रूप से उत्तर दिशा में
रखे कबाड़ के कारण धन का प्रवाह रुकना और पूर्व दिशा (East Zone) का खालीपन, जो सामाजिक जुड़ाव को कमजोर कर रहा है,

वास्तु उपाय सुझाए हैं । इनमें दक्षिण प्रवेश द्वार को अधिक आकर्षक बनाना ,
155,928 स्क्वायर फीट एरिया के सर्कुलेशन को विकेंद्रित (decentralize)
करना, और रंगों व तत्वों का सही संतुलन
स्थापित करना शामिल है। हमारा लक्ष्य एक बेहतरीन 'कस्टमर
