one of our most exquisite residential endeavors: a grand Heritage House
designed for Mr. Tejoraj Patwan. Located at 148, Vasant Vihar, Indra Nagar
Colony, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, this project represents a beautiful synthesis of
traditional palatial architecture and modern structural integrity.
Recently, our Director and lead architect, Dr.
Chandra Shekhar, conducted a comprehensive site visit to inspect the ongoing
construction. As seen in the progress photographs, the fundamental structural
work is currently in full swing. The team is meticulously executing the column
reinforcements, footing, and concrete pouring to ensure a rock-solid foundation
for this multi-story masterpiece.
The 3D architectural renders showcase the
breathtaking final vision for the residence. The design features a stunning
heritage facade adorned with intricate carvings, traditional jharokhas,
elegant archways, and a grand entrance illuminated by a classic chandelier. We
are deeply committed to bringing this architectural dream to life with the
utmost precision, preserving the essence of heritage design while building a
robust home for the future.

हाल ही में, हमारे डायरेक्टर और मुख्य आर्किटेक्ट, डॉ. चंद्र शेखर जी ने चल रहे निर्माण कार्य का जायजा लेने
के लिए साइट का दौरा किया। जैसा कि साइट की वर्तमान तस्वीरों में देखा जा सकता है, अभी नींव और स्ट्रक्चरल फ्रेमिंग का काम जोरों पर है। हमारी
टीम इस बहुमंजिला उत्कृष्ट कृति के लिए एक बेहद मजबूत आधार सुनिश्चित करने के लिए
कॉलम सुदृढीकरण (reinforcements) और कंक्रीट ढलाई के
काम को पूरी बारीकी से कर रही है।
प्रोजेक्ट के 3D डिज़ाइन इस घर के अंतिम और भव्य स्वरूप को दर्शाते हैं।
इसके डिज़ाइन में जटिल नक्काशी, पारंपरिक झरोखे, सुंदर मेहराब और एक आकर्षक झूमर (chandelier) के साथ एक लुभावना प्रवेश
द्वार शामिल है। हम इस हेरिटेज ड्रीम होम को सटीकता और ऐतिहासिक प्रामाणिकता के
साथ जीवंत करने के लिए पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध हैं।
