Following
up on our ongoing multi-story project at Mr. Harish Ji's residence in Dewas, I
conducted another site visit on April 7, 2026. Moving past the heavy
structural framework, exposed rebar, and bricklaying phases we saw previously,
the building is now entering its crucial final stages.
During
this visit, I thoroughly inspected the ongoing final finishing work
across the interior spaces. Transitioning a building from raw concrete to a
refined living space requires immense attention to detail, and I made sure our
strict quality standards were being maintained.
A
major focus of this visit was the building's facade. We held a detailed meeting
with the on-site contractor specifically to discuss the implementation of the exterior
heritage design. Blending traditional architectural elegance with this
modern structure in a beautiful, semi-rural setting requires precision and
skilled craftsmanship.
Before
concluding the visit, I provided the team and contractors with comprehensive
guidance for the upcoming phases of work. We are fully committed to ensuring
our vision for this magnificent property is perfectly realized. Stay tuned for

देवास में श्री हरीश जी के निवास पर चल रहे
हमारे बहुमंजिला प्रोजेक्ट को आगे बढ़ाते हुए, मैंने 7 अप्रैल 2026 को साइट का पुनः
दौरा किया। भारी संरचनात्मक ढांचे (structural
framework), सरिये और ईंटों की चिनाई के पिछले काम से आगे बढ़ते हुए, यह इमारत अब अपने महत्वपूर्ण अंतिम चरण में प्रवेश कर चुकी
है।
इस विजिट के दौरान, मैंने इंटीरियर में चल रहे फाइनल फिनिशिंग कार्य (Final Finishing Work) की बारीकी से जांच की। एक इमारत को कच्चे कंक्रीट से एक
सुंदर रहने योग्य स्थान में बदलने के लिए हर छोटी बारीकी पर ध्यान देने की
आवश्यकता होती है, और मैंने यह
सुनिश्चित किया कि हमारे गुणवत्ता मानकों का पूरी तरह से पालन हो रहा है।
इस दौरे का एक प्रमुख आकर्षण इमारत का बाहरी
हिस्सा (Facade) था। हमने विशेष रूप
से बाहरी हेरिटेज डिजाइन (Exterior Heritage Design) के क्रियान्वयन पर चर्चा करने के लिए ठेकेदार (Contractor) के साथ एक विस्तृत बैठक की।
इस खूबसूरत, ग्रामीण परिदृश्य के बीच आधुनिक ढांचे में पारंपरिक वास्तुकला की सुंदरता
को ढालने के लिए अत्यधिक सटीकता और कुशल कारीगरी की आवश्यकता है।
विजिट के अंत में, मैंने साइट पर मौजूद टीम और ठेकेदारों को आगे के काम के लिए उचित मार्गदर्शन (Guidance) दिया। इस शानदार संपत्ति के लिए हमारा जो
दृष्टिकोण है, हम उसे पूरी तरह से साकार
करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। जैसे-जैसे यह प्रोजेक्ट पूरा होने के करीब पहुंच रहा
