Site Visit Summary:
आज मैंने Dalot (Rajasthan) स्थित Commercial Complex Project की साइट का निरीक्षण किया। यह भवन तीन मंज़िला वाणिज्यिक संरचना है, जो स्थानीय व्यापारिक आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखकर विकसित की जा रही है। निर्माण कार्य वर्तमान में brick masonry and plastering stage में है।
भवन के निचले तल (Ground Floor) पर shops और commercial units की योजना है, जबकि प्रथम और द्वितीय तल पर office spaces और guest accommodation का प्रस्ताव है। संरचना का कार्य सुदृढ़ RCC फ्रेम पर आधारित है और समुचित वेंटिलेशन एवं façade detailing पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है।
Observation & Recommendations:

Structural Work: RCC frame structurally sound पाया गया, minor alignment checks at column-beam joints suggested.

Masonry & Plastering: Brickwork अच्छी quality का है, plaster preparation जारी है — corners और window edges पर finishing पर ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है।

Facade Design: Elevation treatment में balance बनाए रखने हेतु upper floor की window alignment को confirm किया जाए।

Service Areas: Electrical conduit और plumbing line के लिए shafts का alignment कार्य प्रारंभिक stage में है, इसे drawings के अनुसार ensure किया जाए।

Site Cleanliness: Construction debris को segregate करने और site को साफ रखने की आवश्यकता है ताकि finishing कार्यों में सुविधा रहे।
Architect’s Note:
यह प्रोजेक्ट Dalot क्षेत्र के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण commercial hub साबित होगा। भवन की architectural composition आधुनिक और कार्यात्मक दोनों दृष्टिकोणों से संतुलित है। façade पर local brick texture और simple cornice detailing का प्रयोग इसे क्षेत्रीय पहचान देता है। आगामी चरणों में elevation plaster, paint selection और signage integration पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा।
