1. Purpose of Visit
The site visit was conducted to inspect the ongoing construction progress, verify structural formwork and layout alignments, and address execution-related queries with the site team.
2. Observations & Inspections
a. Structural Inspection:

The staircase formwork was checked in detail. Proper alignment and support through shuttering were confirmed.

Formwork for beam and slab elements was in place with adequate vertical supports using wooden props.

Placement of bricks and support systems were visually inspected for stability and load-bearing safety.
b. Measurement & Layout:

Foundation levels and column grid points were measured and verified using a measuring tape.

Adjustments were suggested in a few areas where layout deviations were observed to ensure accuracy with the architectural plan.
c. Team Coordination & Plan Review:

Multiple discussions were held between the architect, engineer, and construction team to clarify technical details.

Structural plan sheets were referred to and marked on-site for execution alignment.

A team review session was conducted to ensure all team members understood the next phase of execution.
3. Instructions / Recommendations Given:

Ensure consistent curing for structural concrete members, especially the staircase and slab.

Maintain uniformity in column and beam shuttering with proper vertical alignment.

Strictly follow the given architectural and structural drawings to avoid any design discrepancies.

Improve site cleanliness and material stacking to enhance safety and accessibility.
