I'm currently inspecting a multi-story building that is still under construction. As far as I can tell, the structural work is moving forward because of the exposed rebar and concrete framework. Large piles of gravel and sand surround the building, indicating that construction is still going on.
I have inspected the building's exterior and interior. I've been watching the ongoing construction inside, including the laying of bricks and the positioning of concrete blocks. The surrounding landscape, which includes verdant fields in the distance, indicates that this location is more suburban or rural.
