🏛️ Heritage Architecture Taking Shape at Pahadpura, Jalore (Rajasthan)
Today’s site visit for Project No. P633 at Pahadpura Village, Jalore District (Rajasthan) was conducted by Dr. Chandrashekhar Changeriya, representing the Indian Architect Team. This project, designed in a Rajasthani heritage style, reflects the essence of traditional architecture blended with modern functionality.
The visit focused on reviewing the progress of the heritage elevation work now underway after completion of the structural stage. The detailed carvings and stonework are being executed in Jodhpur stone, known for its durability and royal appearance. Every balcony, arch, and dome is being shaped carefully to recreate the grandeur of classical Rajasthani havelis while ensuring structural precision.
Dr. Changeriya personally guided the on-site team and contractor, discussing finishing techniques, stone detailing, and ornamental elements to maintain both aesthetic and engineering quality. The project aims to showcase how traditional architectural values can harmonize with modern living standards.
This upcoming residence will soon stand as a symbol of Rajasthan’s timeless design heritage — elegant, strong, and deeply rooted in culture.
